We build your company an AI team.
From customer service to accounting, from sales to production, we analyse repetitive work, connect AI workers to your systems and train your team. You always make the final call.
How does an AI team work inside your company?
From the problem to the solution, department by department: see how Kieosa builds an AI team for your company.
Read the narration
- The same work every day. Every day, your team answers the same questions, fills in the same forms and prepares the same reports.
- Uncontrolled use. Your employees already use AI. But mostly with personal accounts, and company data leaves without anyone noticing.
- Pilots without results. Most companies are trying AI, but only a few get measurable results.
- Analysis first. Kieosa first analyses your work and picks the tasks where AI adds the most value.
- In every department. In customer service, a voice assistant answers calls and books appointments. In accounting, it reads invoices, matches them to orders and catches duplicates. In sales, it ranks customers by priority and drafts the quote. In HR, it pre-screens applications. In production, a camera pulls defective items off the line. And it answers your employees' questions from company documents, showing the source.
- You decide. You always have the final say. Nothing goes out without your approval, personal data stays protected and every step is logged.
- Training and measurement. We train your team and measure the results with you every month.
- Let's begin. Build your AI team with Kieosa. The first step is a free discovery call.
AI is already in your company. What matters is setting it up right.
Employees are using AI on their own, while most companies get no results from their pilots. Consulting closes that gap.
of AI users bring their own AI tools to work. Company data can end up in personal accounts.
of companies regularly use AI in at least one business function.
of companies report any impact of AI on operating profit (EBIT). Use is widespread; results are limited.

Connects to the systems you already use
No need to switch software: AI workers operate inside your existing tools.
Communication
Sales and e-commerce
Accounting and ERP
Office and documents
AI models
Automation
How each system connects is clarified during discovery; some software requires API support from the vendor.
From analysis to setup, from training to measurement
We start with your business needs, not with tools.
Process analysis and roadmap
We measure where your team's time goes, rank the work where AI adds the most value and produce a 90-day plan.
Data readiness
We check which data each task needs, where that data lives and how well organised it is.
Tool and model selection
We compare models and platforms on cost, security and data location, and choose the right fit. AI tools guide
Setup and integration
We set up the AI workers, connect them to your systems and test them in a two-week pilot.
Governance and data protection
We put in place a usage policy, permission table, audit log and approval flow, and can guide your preparation for ISO/IEC 42001 and the EU AI Act.
Training · Kieosa Academy
In our paid programme your team learns, hands-on, to manage AI workers, write good instructions and review the results.
Measurement and monthly operation
We report time saved, quality and cost every month. We drop what doesn't work and scale what does.
How AI works in your business
Typical needs from different industries and the approach we recommend.
Restaurants and cafés

- Goal
- Less time spent on repetitive messages
Clinics and healthcare
- Situation
- Appointment reminders, pre-treatment information and FAQs are written by hand.
- Approach
- Personalised drafts from approved templates — without sending patient data to AI tools.
- Goal
- Faster patient communication, privacy protected
Real estate
- Situation
- Each listing needs its own description, social post and customer replies.
- Approach
- Description, title and post drafts from listing data; incoming enquiries sorted automatically.
- Goal
- Shorter time to publish listings
E-commerce
- Situation
- Product descriptions, return questions and campaign copy eat up the team's time.
- Approach
- Product and campaign copy generation, suggested support replies, a weekly sales summary.

- Lower content and support workload
These are example scenarios, not client results; benefits vary by business and are measured together during discovery.

Meet your virtual office
Every AI worker has a name, a role and permissions. You talk to the manager; the manager hands the work to the team and brings results for your approval. Your people focus on strategic work while routine processes are handled by your AI team.
Receives work, prioritises it, delegates to the team and summarises results for you.
“4 new requests: quotes went to Elif, the shipping question to Can.”
Answers incoming questions and tracks order and appointment status.
“I checked with the courier; a reply draft for the customer is ready.”
Prepares quote drafts and follows up with leads.
“The bulk-order quote draft is ready, based on the price list.”
Writes social, blog and product copy and keeps your Kieosa profile up to date.
“This week's 3 posts and the new menu description are ready.”
Tracks invoices and payments and prepares the weekly report.
“2 payments are late; reminder emails await your approval.”
How it works
- A request arrives (email, form, message)
- The manager prioritises it and assigns a specialist
- The specialist prepares a draft
- You approve, then it's sent
You stay in control

Questions you may have
Who is it for?
SMEs and larger companies that want to use AI but don't know where to start. You don't need a technical team.
Do AI workers make decisions on their own?
No. They draft, classify and suggest. Every action, such as a message to a customer, a quote or a payment, is approved by a person you designate.
Where does our data go?
We decide together which data may go to which tool. Personal data such as ID numbers, card details and health data is never sent to AI. If needed, we set up models that run in-house.
Which systems does it work with?
Common systems such as email, WhatsApp, CRM, accounting and ERP software, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. The connection method is clarified during discovery.
How long does it take?
The discovery call takes about 30 minutes. Analysis takes 1–2 weeks; setup and pilot usually 4–8 weeks, depending on how many systems are connected. The timeline is written into the plan.
How is pricing set?
The discovery call is free. Analysis is a fixed fee; setup is priced per project and monthly operation by the number of AI workers. Academy training is charged separately.
When will Kieosa Studio launch?
It is in development. We'll email everyone on the waiting list when early access opens.
